The criteria
- Fluency in French is essential. Any additional language (Luxembourgish, German, English, Portuguese, etc.) is a real plus and will help you connect with our multicultural team.
- You hold a degree in the paramedical field (e.g., nursing, dietetics, etc.).
- You have a strong knowledge of Luxembourgish regulations on hygiene and health, especially related to early childhood.
- You are known for your sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and professional appearance.
- You are punctual, rigorous, autonomous, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- You are flexible, motivated, and have an open-minded spirit.
Our mission
- Team support & guidance: You support and advise management teams on all questions related to health, hygiene, and nutrition.
- Operational monitoring & implementation: You optimize hygiene and health procedures, ensure they are properly implemented, and support the designated health/nutrition referents.
- Team supervision & organization: You supervise multi-skilled staff (task monitoring, schedules, evaluations) in close collaboration with the managers.
- Training & development: You create and lead internal training modules, tailored to the specific needs of the teams.
- External collaboration: You analyze the quality and cost of external health service providers, follow up on new developments, and validate invoices.
- Regulatory compliance monitoring: You ensure compliance with Luxembourgish health and hygiene regulations and respond to ministry requests.
- Administrative support: You assist administrative teams in their daily missions for smooth operations.
