In accordance with the law of May 16, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of individuals reporting violations or omissions of Union law, BUTZEMILLEN is establishing a dedicated reporting procedure for whistleblowers. In collaboration with the company SEEZAM, BUTZEMILLEN has set up a reporting channel to ensure compliance with the aforementioned legislation and complete confidentiality. Thus, the whistleblower may report, if desired, any violation (whistleblowing) contrary to the purpose or objectives of national or European law in the context of BUTZEMILLEN’s professional activities by clicking on the following link:
Through this reporting channel, BUTZEMILLEN commits to protecting the whistleblower and processing reports in accordance with legal provisions and deadlines. The whistleblower will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of their report within 7 working days of its submission and will be informed of the investigation results following the alert they have raised. It should be noted that this reporting channel only covers whistleblowing as defined by the law of May 16, 2023, and does not serve as a communication channel for other miscellaneous complaints
