The criteria

  • Higher education in IT or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong command of the Apple ecosystem (macOS / iOS)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools
  • Solid understanding of networks, IT security, and connected devices (smart technologies, electronic locks, Wi-Fi terminals, etc.)
  • Experience with or strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital innovation
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Hands-on mindset and strong interpersonal skills – you’re attentive to the practical needs of the teams
  • Languages: fluent French is essential; any additional language is an asset (Luxembourgish, German, English)

Our mission

As IT Manager, you will play both a strategic and hands-on role in our digital development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing our IT infrastructure (computers, iPads, iPhones, Wi-Fi terminals, electronic locks, printers, etc.) running on macOS / iOS
  • Monitoring and optimizing our internal and cloud-based systems, including: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive…), management software for childcare, time tracking, HR, and accounting, as well as IP telephony solutions, email, printing, and IT security
  • Overseeing our multi-site network and Wi-Fi infrastructure
  • Acting as the main point of contact for external service providers
  • Providing on-site IT support at the headquarters and in our facilities
  • And most importantly: driving our digital transformation by exploring and implementing new, innovative solutions (AI, automation, smart technologies…) to: save time, streamline internal processes, and modernize the tools used in the field
